Nicholas J. Gerstbauer is an associate attorney at Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP. While earning his law degree, Nicholas served as a law clerk for Jones Obenchain, LLP in South Bend and for Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita’s Government Litigation Division in Indianapolis. Prior to joining Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP, he practiced law at a South Bend law firm.

Nicholas J. Gerstbauer received his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2023. He was an editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies and an officer with the Maurer Chapter of the Federalist Society. Mr. Gerstbauer graduated from the University of Notre Dame, cum laude, in 2018 with B.A. degrees in Political Science and Japanese
